Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)

All Mixlet Home products are digital files. Nothing is shipped.

Delivery: after checkout you’ll get an email with your download link. If you can’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at mixletstudio@gmail.com

Refunds: because digital files can be copied once they’re downloaded, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after a file has been downloaded. If a file is damaged, won’t open or you were charged twice, contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right or refund you.

Personal use: files are for personal use only. Please don’t resell, share or redistribute them.

Printing: files are designed for A4 and US Letter paper.
